In the course of providing tailored financial advice to you we will hold personal information about you. Personal information held by us may include your date of birth, addresses, contact details including email and personal financial information which may include bank accounts and superannuation. We may also hold your tax file number. In the course of providing insurance advice to our clients we may also hold personal medical information.

In accordance with the Privacy Act we advise that your personal information will be retained in a secure location in our office. Should you require a copy of your personal information we will provide the information to you. We will not divulge your personal information to a third party without your permission. We treat all client matters with the strictest confidence and we abide by the provisions of the Privacy Act (1988).

You can choose not to provide us with personal information however that may mean that the advice we give is not specific to your circumstances and therefore of limited utility.
